Lyn Paulsin brings to her new position at Stephen P Wald Real Estate Associates, Inc. three decades of executive level experience in the world of luxury consumer merchandising, business assets which closely translate to the discerning, competitive local property market.
At La Prairie and Borghese, two of the world’s most renown cosmetic brands, Lyn engaged in marketing and communication strategies, business development programs and client identification and engagement initiatives, activities that were local, national and international in scope.
Her most recent venture, to define and develop three lucrative Asian markets, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing for the expansion of the Borghese spa brand, resulted in heightened brand visibility, consumer loyalty and most significantly, revenue.
In the non-profit sphere, Lyn’s generous donation of time and talent toward organizing high-profile fund-raising events has earned her enduring relationships in prestigious philanthropic circles.
