Rob Gronkowski is keeping his winning streak alive. Now catching passes for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Super Bowl champ has also scored in the real estate world. Gronkowski, 31, also snagged a sweet deal, perhaps benefiting from the pandemic exodus that left many luxury buildings slashing prices. The property was originally on the market for $8,775,000 back in September 2019, and Gronk scored a deal when he paid a little over $7 million for the place.
The corner apartment includes 2,652 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The “expertly planned” residences boast 10-foot-high ceilings, wide-plank French oak floors, and views of the Hudson River from the great room. The windowed, eat-in kitchen is outfitted with sleek cabinetry, white marble counters, and Gaggenau appliances, including a wine fridge and coffee maker.
