The star of “The Wolf of Wall Street,” Leonardo DiCaprio, has been racking up more real estate deals. He’s off-loading his long-time Carbon Beach home for $10 million, Dirt reported. If the actor lands a sale anywhere close to his asking price, he’ll claim a massive profit. The Malibu beach pad last sold for $1.6 million in 1998.

Over the last few years, Malibu prices have soared. As further evidence, there was this $110 million record-breaking sale in 2018 for a Malibu estate.

DiCaprio appears to have offered his oceanfront abode for rent for the last decade. In 2017, it was available for $25,000 a month. And the actor had taken a couple of stabs at selling the place. It came on the market for almost $11 million in 2016, and then returned to market in 2017 for just under $10 million, with no buyer stepping up.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms on 1,765 square feet, the listing boasts that the updated build from 1950 is the “best house…best price on Carbon Beach.” The getaway includes a large oceanview front deck, with a private spa and steps that lead right to the sand.
