Having spent a decade on Wall Street managing the expectations of high-net-worth individuals, she fully understands people’s needs when it comes to making major investments. Jaime also empathizes with the fact that it can be an emotional time when selling what for many may be their single largest asset. She intently listens to her clients and determines their level of sophistication when it comes to buying and selling real estate. “Educating a client on their first home purchase is very different from someone selling an investment property. I tailor my approach based on their grasp of the real estate market and am there to guide and advise every step of the way.” Assisting clients alongside their accountants, attorneys and lenders in managing their real estate portfolios was an integral part of Jaime’s prior career as a financial advisor. Now a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, she specializes in properties of all price ranges, providing a wide range of services including relocation, hotels, hospitals, commercial sales and leasing and residential. Jaime also serves expats all over the city, assisting from beginning to end and hand-holding them through the entire process. Outside of the real estate world, Jaime leads an active lifestyle, running, playing golf and tennis, swimming, snorkeling, ice skating and skiing in her free time. She lives in downtown Manhattan with her husband and son.
