Growing up in a family with a heritage of two generations of real estate developers in Manhattan, selling real estate was a natural progression for NYC raised Cody Parker. Prior to graduating from Gettysburg College with a degree in English, Cody began to manage her family’s forty-unit apartment building in Midtown Manhattan. After having supervised and sold this and other properties on behalf of her family, she chose to move into a career in real estate brokerage. Growing up in New York City’s Upper East Side, while also spending time in the Hamptons and Westchester County, has allowed Cody to consider herself a well-rounded New Yorker.
Outside of exploring new restaurants and socializing with friends, she is also an avid equestrian. Cody has recently been recognized as a Junior Committee Co-Chair for this year’s Spirit of Helen Keller Gala for Helen Keller International. She is avidly committed to introducing new juniors to the incredible mission and lifesaving goals of the organization.
Thank you so very much for your expert guidance though out my apartment purchasing process. Your service went above and beyond anything I expected along with your attention to detail, leaving no corner uncovered. Also, a sincere thanks for the Tiffany pitcher - it will certainly come in handy for when I host my friends for a boozy brunch!
