Ming Chan (licensed as Hui Ming Chan) was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. Before moving to New York City in 2001, Ming worked as an Account Supervisor for DDB International, a multinational advertising / marketing firm in Taipei, advancing the unique goals of clients such as Neutrogena. Since that time she has worked within many segments of the hospitality industry – from management, through distribution, to fine wine sales, events production and agriculture – while continuing her work in marketing on a consulting basis. As a result, Ming has developed a deep connection with New York’s food & beverage industry, the fine wine community around the world, and is known for her warmth and professionalism amongst clients and colleagues alike.
