Less than a year after purchasing, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are selling their 4,000-square-foot apartment at 432 Park Avenue.
The couple purchased the three-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom abode last February for $15.3 million, but according to Page Six, the home is back on the market, asking $17.5 million. Sources for the couple said that while the pair “love the building,” the space is too small “when their kids are all together” and they need something bigger.
The apartment takes up half a floor and its highlights include a corner living room, a breakfast bar overlooking the park, a corner master bedroom with a separate dressing area, a library, and spectacular views of Central Park and the skyline.
In October 2017, Lopez part ways with her 6,540-square-foot Nomad penthouse, listing that home for a hefty $26.95 million. That unit was a duplex that featured four bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, and a private rooftop.
