The Seinfelds bought the main house – built in 1991 – in 2007 for $7.55 million. A year later they purchased the guest house for $2.3 million, which they’ve reportedly been using as a caretaker’s cottage, according to the listing agent. It’s the second time the couple, who are avid skiers, have attempted to sell the property.
